These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may also have the right to file a claim with a consumer protection agency in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yavok LLC regarding your use of the Site.
